About this event
Spend an afternoon with a meditation master from Tibet. Drupon will introduce foundational concepts about the truth of suffering and calm abiding meditation, accessible for new and experienced meditators. Learn ways to cultivate ease, clarity and a sense of well-being, even in challenging times. No prior experience necessary, all are welcome!

Drupon Rinchen Dorjee is a meditation master. He has spent more than 6 years of retreat in holy sites of the Himalayan mountains, mastering techniques kept for hundreds of years. Called Drupon-la by his students, he is the 3-year retreat master at Garchen Buddhist Institute and is the Resident Lama for Chicago Ratna Shri. Drupon-la studied Buddhism for many years in a traditional Tibetan monastery, and currently resides in the Chicago area. He teaches his students individually, according to their needs.
