Canadian soprano Millicent Scarlett and lyric-dramatic baritone Thomas Beard, major stars of the Baltimore and Washington DC opera scene, will present a powerful concert of Spirituals and Arias in a duo recital with piano accompaniment. Ms. Scarlett is an adjunct professor and voice area facilitator at George Washington University, DC. Mr. Beard is an acclaimed recitalist and opera singer who has performed throughout the United States, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia and New Zealand.
