Join us for our first regional event of the year! The AMWA 2016 New England Regional Conference entitled "Empowering Students for Success: Advice from Prominent Female Leaders" will be held Saturday, October 29th in the Hiebert Lounge at Boston University School of Medicine. Topics will include preventing physician burnout, developing strategies for assertive communication, and managing the unique ethical scenarios that arise for women in medicine.
Guest speakers will include Emilie Aries, founder and CEO of "Bossed Up", and Dr. Michelle Dossett, MD PhD MPH with double board certifications in internal medicine and integrative medicine and staff physician and researcher at the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at MGH.
