About the class: This introductory 6-week series focuses on approaching foundational poses through the principles of Amrit yoga. Students can join the full series or drop-in to individual classes. These classes are suitable for new students or students looking to restore their practice.
About the facilitator: Adrienne Sharigian started partaking in wellness practices as a high school student, which eventually brought her to study tai chi with Taoist monks in the Yunnan province of China in 2009. The energetic flow of tai chi complemented the practice of Amrit yoga, which became her sacred practice during college. After college, Adrienne received 300 RYT from the Amrit Yoga Institute in Florida through two separate 6-months trainings in Amrit yoga nidra facilitation and Amrit yoga teacher training in 2011.
