Event description

Description

Want to inspire amplify your students' voices?

Join CUE SF, Soundtrap @ Spotify, KQED, Adobe, and SFUSD Dept of Tech. for the fall CUESF Meet up called "Amplify Student Voice: Student podcasting and beyond."

This event will focus on the great tools, instructional practices, and training/support available to help teachers engage their students in student podcasting, culturally relevant teaching, project based learning, and increasing student voice in any subject or grade level.

The event will be hosted at Spotify SF office, and Spotify will provide food and drinks. The office is centrally located in downtown SF and 3 blocks from the Montgomery BART station.

Participants should walk away with actionable tools, strategies, and frameworks -- as well as feeling inspired to help increase student participation and voice within any subject area or grade level.

All educators and administrators from SF, East Bay, North Bay, and South Bay are welcome, and attendance will be capped at 75 people. The event will revolve around breakout sessions, where participants will select which sessions they'd like to attend in two rotations. Sessions will be presented by Soundtrap, KQED, Adobe, and SFUSD/CUESF.

Please bring a computer or chromebook to the event.

This event is open to all Educators and Administrators, and CUE membership is not required to attend. However, if you're not yet a CUE member, go to bit.ly/cuesfnews and sign up for our newsletter for FREE to free access to CUE SF local events and other Exclusive Offers!
