Amos Culinary Program's Friday Lunch - Build your own Burger!
Friday, June 27, 2014 from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM (EDT)
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
The Amos Culinary class will be throwing hand-made burgers and veggie burgers on the grill and giving you a chance to build them just the way you like! Toppings include lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions, mushrooms, pickles, avocado cream, bacon, friend egg, coleslaw and American, Swiss, blue, or cheddar cheese. Served with fries.
Lunch includes an appetizer and dessert.
Join us every Friday at the Friendship Cafe for lunch created and served by the Amos Culinary Education students. Each week the menu will change to reflect their current class teachings. This limited menu will offer the students a structure in which to pratice some very specific and important cooking and service skills.

Amos House is a nonprofit social service agency that provides direct support for men, women, and children in Rhode Island who are hungry, homeless, and in crisis. The agency began as a soup kitchen 37 years ago, but has grown into a full service agency that is changing lives through our recovery based 90-day transitional housing program, permanent supportive housing, our job training programs, job development and placement services, life skills classes, literacy and financial literacy education and our overarching community. We are helping men and women to develop the skills they need to live productive lives.
