The Midwest Regional Office of Amnesty International USA is proud to announce the Summer Concert 2013! The Amnesty Summer Concert 2013 aims to raise Chicagoans' awareness of Amnesty International and engage local youth and young professionals in our efforts to end human rights violations, specifically rights of detainees at Guantanamo Bay.
The concert will take place June 26th at Bottom Lounge (1375 W Lake St Chicago, IL -- accessible by the Pink or Green line) and will feature live music from three bands, a short film and more! Doors open at 6pm and the concert will run from 7pm-10pm.

We will also be recognizing June 26th, the International Day in Support of Victims of Torture, by encouraging youth to sign petitions and speak out against torture of prisoners being held at Guantanamo Bay.
