About this event
Join American Purpose and Braver Angels for a special edition of America's Public Forum, where American Purpose Editor-in-Chief Jeffrey Gedmin and Braver Angels National Ambassador John Wood Jr. will discuss America's recent racial reckoning, the protests and unrest of the summer of 2020, race and policing in America, and other related subjects with former Governor Tim Pawlenty of Minnesota. Governor Pawlenty's home state was at the epicenter of the nationwide protests in the aftermath of the killing of George Floyd, and with the recent conclusion of the Derek Chauvin trial, we are honored to host him in conversation.
A note to regular attendees of America's Public Forum: the registration process for this partnered event will be directly over Zoom.
