The America’s Cup is over and Pier 27 will soon be San Francisco’s premiere Cruise Terminal!
But before then, KMD Architects have decided to throw one last blow-out party.
Register online to be included on the Guest List or give the password from your invitee to use at the gate. Please note that registration ended Thursday, October 10 at 5 PM.
Food Trucks will be available from:
The Boneyard (BBQ)
Hapa SF (Asian)
In addition beer, wine and soft drinks will be provided by us (the Hosts) all evening!
A non-hosted bar will be available.
Live music, DJs, games, photo booth & visuals for your entertainment.

What credit cards does the bar accept?
Unfortunately the bar is cash only and the on-site ATM is out of order. Please grab cash before coming to the event to cover the cost of incidentals.
- Cardtronics ATM - Sansome at Greenwich
- Wells Fargo ATM - Battery St between Filbert and Greenwich
- BofA ATM - Union St between Sansome and Battery
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
You will need a photo ID to purchase alcohol at the bar, e.g., Driver License, Passport, etc.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is no parking on site, however, there are several lots nearby. We encourage you to use public transportation.
- The Pier is ~1 mile from the Embarcadero BART station. map
- The F train runs along the Embarcadero, and will drop you right in front of Pier 23, which is adjecent to Pier 27
- Sansome between Lombard and Greenwich - $25 (Until 11 PM)
- Front Street at Union Street - $22 (24 hours)
- Front Street between Vallejo and Broadway - $22 (24 hours)
- Vallejo at Davis - $15 (Until 10 PM)
- Limited street parking
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No need to print a ticket, all we need is your name at the door. Upon check-in, you will receive a wristband, which you will need to wear until you leave the party for the night. This will act as your physical ticket, which is required by the Pier.
Is there a dress code?
For this impromptu event we expect attendees to be in anything from cocktail dresses and suits to business casual to pirate costumes.
Will there be a coat check?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide a coat check for this event.
What complimentary items will be provided?
KMD will provide all the wine, beer and sodas. In addition, KMD is providing a complimentary item with purchase at the food trucks. Trust us - they're great!
I have a problem with flashing lights, will there be any at this event?
There will be strobe lights in the band/bar area, the rest of the lighting in the lounge and outdoor areas should not be a problem.
