Event description

Description

Join the Executive Women's Committee of The Metropolitan for its upcoming talk American Women Galvanizing: Mentoring 2.0.

With the growing clamor for gender equity in the workplace, the emergence of social media campaigns/movements like #MeToo and #TimesUp, and the rapidly evolving cohort of women who understand the power of their voice, solid mentoring relationships have never been more vitally needed. Going beyond the traditional discussion, Mentoring 2.0 will not only focus on the importance of establishing and maintaining strong mentoring relationships, but will also provide attendees with the opportunity to connect with potential mentors/mentees.

Tentatively confirmed speakers include Mary Couzin, President & Founder of the Chicago Toy and Game Group, Inc. and Mary Morten, President of the Morten Group.
