The 6th Annual American River Music Festival is a celebration of music and moving water. The festival is September 14~15~16, 2012 on the banks of the beautiful South Fork of the American River in the friendly community of Coloma one-hour east of Sacramento in the gold country of Northern California.
This year's artists include Roy Rogers and the Delta Rhythm Kings, Poor Man's Whiskey, the Wheeler Brothers, Tony Furtado, Tom Russell, Dangermuffin, Joe Craven Trio, Birds of Chicago, Rita Hosking and Cousin Jack, Ray Bonneville with Nina Gerber, Sourdough Slim and Robert Armstrong, Michael McNevin, Garrin Benfield and many more
Music performances, join-in-shops, kid’s activities, jams, dance, “live” art, artisan shops, freshly prepared food and local beverages..it all takes place at our riverfront Main Stage, three riverfront Campgrounds, our guided river Hike, our whitewater River Trip, and Hot Spots throughout town.
