The 7th Annual American River Music Festival is a celebration of music and moving water. The festival is September13~14~15, 2013 on the banks of the beautiful South Fork of the American River in the friendly community of Coloma one-hour east of Sacramento in the gold country of Northern California.
This year's artists include David Grisman, Paul Thorn, Hot Buttered Rum, Sean Hayes, Ray Wylie Hubbard, New Monsoon, Dead Winter Carpenters, Poor Man's Poison, Trevor Green, Nell Robinson, Jim Nunally, Evie Ladin Band, Willie Ames, Achilles Wheel Duo, Tyler McCoy Band, Melody Walker, Andra Suchy, Rayburn Brothers, and many more
Music performances, join-in-shops, kid’s activities, jams, dance, “live” art, artisan shops, freshly prepared food and local beverages..it all takes place at our riverfront Main Stage, three riverfront Campgrounds, our guided river Hike, our whitewater River Trip, and Hot Spots throughout town.
