Course Dates: April 21-22, 28-29 | 9a-4p at AFF Fredericksburg

Lifeguard Training Prerequisites:
Must be 15 years old and pass the Pre-Course Test:
• 300-yard swim of good breast stroke and freestyle
• Brick test (20 yrd swim, retrieve a 10# brick from 7 ft of water, swim 20 yrds back w/brick)
• Tread water for 2-minute without the use of hands/arms

Cost:
Pre Course Test: $25 non-refundable
Training Course: $250* - Member; $275* - Non Member
*total amount including Pre Course Testing Fee
