Description
Please read the following carefully as it will answer most of your questions:
Come learn basic CPR from the finest health care professionals from Pinellas Park Fire Department. You will learn adult, child and infant CPR with AED use. Classes are held on select Tuesday nights from 5:30pm till about 9pm or Saturdays from 9:00am till about 12:00pm and 1pm to 4pm
Please select a date from the menu and register which class you are interested in. Classes are free and at the conclusion of the course, you will receive an American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR card that is good for two years.
Heartsaver CPR is for individuals with little to no medical training that are required to have the extra training for their job or just want to be able to assist in case of a medical emergency. Certain jobs that might require Heartsaver CPR are lifeguards, daycare workers, teachers, etc.
This class is not intended for healthcare professionals needing BLS CPR certification.
Again, if you need CPR for the healthcare field such as a doctor, nurse, EMT, Paramedic, etc.. this is NOT the right CPR class for you.
