Before choosing your seats, please see the information below our official invitation. This year we are trying something new, with seating reservations, and we hope it works out as well as we have planned.
You will see on the seating map, two members have reserved tables for their friends to join them. Several tables have been reserved by corporate members. The other tables we have divided evenly between members and guests. If you are a dues-paying member, click one of those seats to reserve. If you are a guest, pleasde click the guest button which.
If you would like to reserve a table for your friends, please email Liz Keating: email@example.com and she will create a table for you. Then you can direct your friends to your table when they are buying their tickets. ALSO, if you need a different mix of member/non-member seats at your table, let us know that as well and we can change that too.
As with anything new, it seems like such a great idea, so please bear with us as we try allowing guests to choose their own seats.
