America Meditates

#IMeditateFor

Peace/Love/Mental Health/Our Planet/Our Family/Our Community/Our Country/A Better World

America Meditates is a movement to bring people together in order to generate a shift in consciousness and inspire healthier and happier people. Research has shown that getting 1% of the population to meditate in a given area - which affects the mental health and wellbeing - is shown to reduce crime by 24%, leading to a healthier society.

So by bringing people together in a peaceful meditation with the intention of better mental health America Meditates will raise awareness and inspire the public to stand together for better mental wellbeing. It will also create the positive energy needed to take action and to accelerate the movement towards a culture of mental wellbeing and peace.

Come make history with us, as we join together to spark a change in the right direction!

America Meditates will be host to an incredible lineup and presence, ranging from a world-renowned spiritual leader to international hip-hop artists and musicians. They will be joining together with the intention of sharing a message of peace and working towards a happier and healthier society.
