Saturday midday- Amen Ra Temple & Court hospitality 3pm-5pm
Saturday evening – 2nd Annual Joint Ball 7pm-11pm

What is the refund policy?
All sales are final!!!!!
Is my registration/ticket transferable?
Yes, please provide the transaction receipt or contact one of the Ticket Chairs for assistance.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, but to assist in expediting check-in, please have your receipt as a form of backup.
What if I want to change my meal selection?
All meal selection changes are subject to availability and MUST be requested prior to June 23, 2017. Meal selection will be Chicken or Fish or Vegetarian.
