Event description

Description

Join Ambit Magazine at the Tate Modern to celebrate our next issue!

Following the success of our summer launch at Tate, Ambit will be returning to the Terrace Bar to launch Ambit 234. Join us on Monday 22 October, 6.30pm-10pm.

Come and hear poetry and prose readings from featured writers. We will be introducing the winners of our annual poetry competition which has been judged by Malika Booker. There will be art in the next issue from Luke Burton, Anna Reading and Ariane Loze. We will be screening a new film by Ariane Loze, exclusively for Ambit 234 at the Tate.

There will also be an opportunity to buy rare vintage copies and other past editions.

This event is FREE but you must reserve a ticket here at EventBrite.

‘Ambit is a surreptitious peek into a private world. Without it such vital sparks of inspiration could well be lost forever.’ – Ralph Steadman
