On behalf of The City of Akron Minority Business Association (AMBA). I am pleased to invite you to our Holiday Membership Meeting.
The Honorable Mayor Dan Horrigan will be speaking to reaffirm the City’s commitment to providing greater incentives for eligible companies, to discuss the City agencies plan to increase utilization of minority vendors, as well as participate in a Q & A Forum to discuss minority business needs and City Resources.
The meeting will be held at Alpha Phi Alpha Homes Corporate Office located at 662 Wolf Ledges in Akron, OH on Tuesday, December 13, 2016, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.
The City of Akron Minority Business Association (AMBA) is a group of over 100 Minority Business Owners and individuals conducting business in the Greater Akron Area. The Purpose of the association is to ensure inclusion, equal opportunities, professional development, resources and networking for all people regardless of their background or gender. Our group will help empower and support minority entrepreneurs through advocating and coordinating vital resources needed to sustain striving businesses.
