Please note: Amazon needs birthdates of all and for those 18+ the full legal name matching to your government issued ID that will be checked by Amazon prior to admittance on the tour.

What if I'm running late to the Event or Field Trip?

Most of our field trips are set up as a group entering together. If you arrive late you might not be granted access to the venue. Please contact the host via phone or text message to find out if you will be able to join our group when you arrive. In planning to attend a trip with us, we remind you to please leave plenty of time for traffic and parking.

We arrived after a long drive but have not met up with the group yet, where are the nearest restrooms?

Please arrive early to use Amazon's restroom as we will be on a strict schedule to start our tour timely.

Is there any other important info I may need to know before arriving?

In order to attend, each tour participant must be on the guest list with their full name and birthdate before they arrive. For individuals above the age of 18, this information must match your government issued ID, which security will verify during check-in.

Arrive early. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour start time. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled tour, you will be unable to join and asked to reschedule for a later date. Please use the restroom prior to the start of your tour. There won’t be restroom breaks during the tour.

Attire: All guests must wear flat, closed-toe and closed-heel shoes (no sandals or high heels). We recommend wearing comfortable shoes or sneakers. Long hair should be secured above shoulder length.

Personal belongings. You may bring your keys, your wallet and your cellphone on the tour. Please leave all other personal items at home or in your car, including bags, purses, briefcases, backpacks, pocketbooks, and binoculars. Amazon is a weapon-free workplace; we reserve the right to turn away a guest if they are unwilling to tour without a weapon.

Photography not permitted. No cameras or recording equipment are allowed on the tour. You may bring your cell phone so long as you do not use it to take pictures, videos or recordings of any kind.

Please stay with your tour guide. Remain within the designated walkways or areas, refrain from touching any equipment or machinery, and follow the instructions of the tour guide at all times.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip?

Neither food or drink are permitted on the tour.

What is the age range for this event or field trip?

Per Amazon, children under 6 not permitted. Safety is the top priority in our fulfillment network, therefore, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of six. This includes infants being carried by their parents. All children age six and up should be accompanied by an adult and must be able to follow instructions from the tour guide.

My child has special needs, what accommodations are available for this event or field trip?

This is a walking tour and the path includes a flight of stairs. Please contact the host well in advance of the event if you have any special needs or accessibility accommodation requests.

What's the refund policy?

Families may cancel and receive a full refund ONLY while the field trip is still open for registration. If you need to cancel while the field trip registration is open please request a refund through your Eventbrite account.

To request a refund, go to Tickets in your Eventbrite account, find your order, then select "Request a Refund." Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to show on your account.

If you have trouble requesting the refund or have additional questions please use the "Contact the Organizer" link through Eventbrite at the bottom of the event posting.

Once the field trip registration has closed there are no cancellations or refunds available because at that point the final numbers and payment have been submitted to the venue.

If you have an extenuating circumstance please contact the event host.

1) You will have 30 minutes to complete this transaction, after which time if you have not completed the transaction, your tickets will be returned to the queue.

2) If you have successfully completed the registration process you will receive an automatic order confirmation in your email inbox. You can also log into your Eventbrite account at any time to check what events you have signed up for.

3) Eventbrite email confirmations may include e-tickets, there is no need to print out or bring any Eventbrite tickets with you the day of the event or field trip. The host will have a list of attendees to check you in with. Please save paper.
