Join us at the Capital City Market in downtown Lansing, for an evening of charcuterie board building! This class is for individuals looking to learn the basics of charcuterie board building with a Fourth of July twist, right before the holiday weekend! Show up this holiday season with a board that is sure to impress your family and friends!

This class will be held on June 29th at 6 pm. This class will teach charcuterie basics plus our favorite tips and tricks from Amayesing Graze. We will be building a fourth of July themed board with delicious ingredients that you can find at the Capital City Market! We will provide everything necessary to make and take a delicious 12" round charcuterie board home to share with family and friends!

Your board will be fully - loaded with artisan cheeses, various charcuterie, themed favorites, seasonal fruits, nuts, honey, olives, fresh herbs, crackers, and more.

***PLUS Woodbury Wines & Kindred Vines will be joining us to discuss wine pairings and offer a sample tasting. Tasting is available for guests 21+ only, please bring a valid ID.
