Description
We will be giving away a bag of school supplies to each child that is present or with proof from the parent of gardianship of Mililtary child. Proof can be a birth certificate with the military member's name, mariage certificate to the military member (showing step children) or court gardianship papers. We also need to know grade entering. This is because kindergarderning needs much different supplies then a ninth grader.
Everyone must bring some form of identification of military service: This can include a VA card, military ID card, DD214 with driver's licence to match the DD214.
