29th JULY (DAY ONE)

9.00am — 10.00am (KALARI YOGA FLOW) - ALL LEVEL

Beginner friendly and suitable for yoga practitioners of all levels of practice. This session is gratis and free to anyone who wants to attend. Kalari Yoga is a fun, freeform non-traditional vinyasa practice focusing on spiralling and swirling movements from one asana to another, set to music and is lighthearted, empowering and very enjoyable.

10.30am — 12.30pm (YOGA WHEEL WORKSHOP ONE) - ALL LEVEL

Suitable for all levels — introduces the basic techniques of working with the yoga wheel for assisted and supported backbends in a safe and incremental way.

1.30pm — 3.30pm (YOGA WHEEL WORKSHOP TWO)

Suitable for intermediate to advanced practitioners who are able to explore deep backbends with comfort. This 2nd workshop will take the basic techniques further and enable intermediate andadvanced practitioners to use the wheel to deepen their practice.

30th JULY (DAY TWO)

9.00am — 10.00am (HAPPY HATHA FLOW) - ALL LEVEL

Beginner friendly and suitable for all levels of practice. This session is gratis, and free to anyone who wants to attend. The session will explore hatha yoga alignment and form with respect to thenatural anatomy of the body, and will enable practitioners to find a deeper connection with themselves through their practice.

10.30am — 12.30pm (MYOFASCIAL RELEASE WORKSHOP 1)

Myofascial release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial connective connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Workshop One explores the fundamentals of self-myofascial release, with focus to the upper body (shoulders, neck, upper back, chest, middle back, respiratory system and thyroid).

1.30pm — 3.30pm (MYOFASCIAL RELEASE WORKSHOP 2)

Fundamentals of self-myofascial release, with focus to the lower body (lower back, hips, sacrum, legs, knees, feet, lower body meridians, digestive and reproductive system). You do not need to attend the 1st workshop to be able to follow the 2nd workshop, but it is highly recommended to attend both sessions as they cover different topics.
