Help yourself, your community and Cape Cod become more dementia friendly. This is the training you’ve been asking for and is designed to provide a basic understanding of how to work with individuals and families who have Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia.
Class instructed by Suzanne Faith, RN Psych, Senior Director of Hope Dementia & Alzheimer’s Services.
Registration is limited. Priority attendance is given to nonprofit, police, fire, ambulance services and town employees on Cape Cod. Reserve your seat today for this important training!
