Alzheimer’s Care Management Certificate
Take all three Dementia Certificate classes and qualify for the Alzheimer’s Care Management Certificate. This sixteen-hour certification combines the knowledge of all three Dementia Certificate programs together for 16 hours of interactive training to teach the skills necessary to manage Alzheimer’s disease over the long continuum. Designed for professionals to gain the confidence and knowledge to effectively work with individuals and families in both the community and facility setting. Program includes class participation with case studies taught by instructor Suzanne Faith, RN psych, senior director. Classes must be taken in order.

Level 2: February 17, 2017 from 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
