In times of crisis throughout history, women have always been the ones to figure out how to juggle family, work & community support responsibilities. But, what is the cost to women’s career, physical and mental health?
Let's talk about it.
This Women’s History Month, join us for dinner & a #CourageousConversation with our community on Thursday, March 24 at 6:30 pm at the True Reformer Building (1200 U St NW, Washington, DC 20009).
Our featured speaker is Dr. Ashley Robertson Preston. She is an assistant professor of History at Howard University, and her research focuses on the activism of Black women during the early twentieth century, particularly the work of Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune.
