All Naropa alumni are warmly invited to join us for Naropa's first-ever Alumni Weekend. Reconnect with friends and faculty, revisit Naropa's campuses and take part in Naropa's 40th Anniversary celebration!
A variety of events are offered for alumni Friday, October 10, Saturday, October 11, and Sunday, October 12, 2014. Please select the events you wish to attend on this registration page, you may be asked to make more specific selections regarding Alumni Colleges, School Receptions, and Alumni Service Projects during the registration process.
As space is limited, please be mindful that registration expresses your commitment to attend.
Registration ends Tuesday, October 7 at midnight. After that date, tickets can be purchased at Alumni Weekend at the door, as space allows.

Friday, Oct. 10:
7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Come make your mark at the Alumni Community Art Making event. Join us at the Nalanda campus, 9130 Art Therapy Studio, for an evening of art making, music, light refreshments, and community. Drop in anytime between 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (no registration required) to create, collaborate, and connect with other alumni, faculty, and staff.
7:30 p.m. Join us for a lecture with Lisa Jarnot at JKS' [Dis]Embodied Poetics Conference, Arapahoe campus, Performing Arts Center.
Take some time to enjoy the Barbara Bash art exhibit at the Nalanda campus, White Cube Gallery.
Saturday, Oct. 11:
Self-guided campus tours will be available all day at each campus.
9:00 a.m - 10:00 a.m. Contemplative Practice sessions, free and open to alumni, no registration required.
10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Opening reception to officially bow-in for the weekend festivities. Free and open to all alumni, no registration required.
11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Alumni Colleges, take a Naropa class with a beloved Naropa faculty member on campus. Registration required. (Please select which class you plan to attend during the registration process). Lunch is included with registration of an Alumni College class.
2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. School Receptions with faculty from the five Schools and various academic departments. RSVP requested. (Please note: JKS reception will be from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Arapahoe Campus, 2130 Arapahoe Ave, all other receptions will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Nalanda Campus, 6287 Arapahoe Ave.)
5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. A Naropa Birthday Gala with music, food and dancing in the Nalanda Events Center. Space is limited. Registration required in advance to reserve your space!
Sunday, Oct. 12:
8:00 a.m. Naropa Golf Tournament at Indian Peaks Golf Course in Lafayette. Tee time: 9 am. Entry fee includes 18 holes of golf, shared cart, range balls, breakfast, lunch, prizes and more! Registration required.
Participate in Alumni Service Projects across the city. Registration requested.
Twin Oaks Farm: 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. Equine-facilitated therapy center located just outside Boulder.This afternoon will include giving back through service to what needs attention on the Farm, such as weeding, cleaning, painting etc.
Flood Recovery in Boulder County: 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.Support community members and households who are still feeling the deep impact of the September 2013 floods. No experience is necessary but please list any skills or expertise you may have on the registration form, related to home repair.
Alumni are eligible to receive a discount to attend the Radical Compassion Symposium, as part of Naropa Week, October 16 -19, 2014. Please contact email@example.com for more information.
