About this event

Laurie Marsden, a graduate of both Columbia's School of General Studies and the School of Social Work, will share strategies to fend off stress-induced problems, process loss, and stay healthy and functioning in these unique circumstances. This conversation will also look at the positive changes that today’s challenges bring to our society and into our own homes.

Laurie Marsden is a clinical social worker who transitioned into academia and counseling after a successful career in the fashion industry.
