Conflict is part of everyday life...but violence does not have to be.
This three-day workshop is a transformative group experience which empowers us to resolve conflicts nonviolently.
In an environment of respect and trust, build self-esteem, connect deeply with others, have fun, and practice communication and creative conflict resolution to transform yourself and your community. Discover new ways to reduce violence in our world.
Alternatives to Violence Project (AVP) helps us explore the power we all have to change hostility and destructiveness into cooperation, community, and justice.
AVP is a multi-cultural organization of volunteers offering interactive workshops that teach skills of non-violent conflict resolution and empower people to lead nonviolent lives, through Affirmation, Communication, Cooperation, Community, and Creative Conflict Resolution.
