Please join us for the eleventh in our series of half-day training workshops designed for HR professionals.
With almost daily news stories about companies being investigated for the use of zero hour contracts and poor treatment of agency workers, along with reports about the financial gains to be made by companies supporting flexible working, our workshop on so-called “atypical working” will help you to understand what all the fuss is about.
There are many alternative work models which do not fit the classic or traditional concept of an employee working full-time on a permanent basis for a single employer. We have seen a rapid increase in flexibility and diversity of relationships and practices in the workplace, which has made it harder to decide whether an individual works under an employment contract and, if so, for whom.
