The concept of pop-up retail and re-use of public space for the community aims to engage communities through innovative approaches that provide a unique opportunity to test new products, increase brand awareness and enhance relationships with the built environment.  Join this session to learn how commercial districts can benefit from this revolution.

1:00pm - 4:00pm:  Measuring the Impacts for Your Revitalization Work

Speaker:  Claudia Albano, Lecturer, UC Berkeley

Maybe you know the neighborhood is looking better, more people are getting involved in community activities, and you have a sense that things are getting better, but how do you really know you are achieving the results you intend?  Are you able to leverage your experience, to learn from your work to improve the design and implementatin of your programs and strategies?
