Is it near public transportation?

111 Minna is located in downtown SF, just a short walk from Montgomery Street Station (BART + Muni) — about a 4-minute walk. You can also catch multiple Muni bus lines nearby. Many people find public transit the easiest and most stress-free way to get there. It avoids traffic and parking hassles.

Why is this show not all ages?

As much as we love all-ages shows, 111 Minna has a full bar, so unfortunately we must enforce the age restriction.

For the third year we are featuring all-NEW artist interpretations of Winston Smith's original Alternative Tentacles "bat" icon!

San Francisco, CA — Studio Fallout and legendary punk label Alternative Tentacles return with The Bat Show 3.0, a holiday swarm of Winston Smith’s original “bat” icon alongside 45+ fresh artist re-interpretations. This year, the bat colony gathers at 111 Minna Gallery in downtown SF.

Join us December 19, 5–10pm for this one-night pop-up as we celebrate the holidaze and revisit one of punk’s most unmistakable symbols. Expect rare pieces from the Alternative Tentacles archives, brand-new bat mutations created just for the show, and a celebration of San Francisco’s fiercely independent, underground spirit.

This is a pop-up event! All art sold right off the walls!
