Current meat production is unsustainable and inefficient. The Good Food Institute (GFI) works on the transition to alternative proteins.

About this event

The world's current meat production and consumption is a major contributor to climate change, environmental degradation and antibiotic resistance. The Good Food Institute (GFI) collaborates with researchers, entrepreneurs and food companies to accelerate the transition of the global food system towards alternative proteins that are delicious, affordable and accessible.

In this seminar, GFI will give an overview of the field and address two specific topics described below.
