John serves as Partner-in-Charge of the Life Sciences and Technology Group at EisnerAmper. John is heavily involved with his memberships of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), BioNJ co-chair of the CFO Committee, New Jersey Technology Council (NJTC), Pennsylvania Bio, and the Accounting Advisory Board of the Rutgers University School of Business. He holds additional roles on the advisory board of the Commercialization Center for Innovative Technologies (CCIT) and eLabs, a life sciences incubator based in New York City.

Darren serves as VP of Business Development & Alliance Management at G&W Laboratories. Having served as President of two pharmaceutical companies, Senior Vice President at Steifel Laboratories, and Executive Vice President at Osmotica Pharmaceuticals, Darren effectively led Business Development and Alliance Management teams for numerous organizations, including Teva Pharmaceuticals. In the beginning of his pharmaceutical career, he held various positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb within sales, marketing, operations and business development.
