Event description

Description

The Schlesinger Library in Cambridge is hosting the exhibition "Altered Gazes" about women and counterculture. We will cover sex, drugs, and rock & roll (and punk rock) and will examine comics, zines, cookbooks, and other materials made by and for women since the 1950s.

The tour is about 45 minutes, geared towards adults, and welcomes hungry babies, crying babies, sleeping babies, and parents on maternity/ paternity leave, stay-at-home moms and dads, and any other caretakers.

After the tour, there will an optional/ informal gathering at a nearby cafe to discuss art, babies, and everything in between.

Advance registration is highly recommended as most museums have a strict tour capacity limit and priority will be given to those who registered in advance. If you are unable to attend after purchasing the ticket, just let us know and we will issue you a credit for another tour (we understand things never go exactly as planned when babies are involved!).

Museum admission price is included in this ticket.
