Join us for an evening of Alsacian cuisine and wine as we welcome host Jean Trimbach from Alsace’s acclaimed Trimbach Estate. For almost four centuries the Trimbach family has been promoting the exceptional history, terroir and wines of the Alsace region. The Trimbach portfolio pairs beautifully with classic dishes from the region, such as Chicken Oyster and Snail Fricassee and Milk Fed Suckling Pig.
