On behalf of Bro. Benard Williams and myself, it is our pleasure to invite you to Cincinnati, Ohio for the 44th Ohio District Conference. The Conference will convene November 18-20, 2016 on the prestigious campus of the University of Cincinnati. The brothers of Delta Gamma Lambda, Alpha Alpha, Sigma Gamma and Delta Upsilon are anxiously awaiting our arrival and are looking forward to hosting us that weekend.
We are very excited by what this weekend will offer in terms of business, fellowship and entertainment. The host committee and the District Leadership Team have been busy planning a weekend that you will thoroughly enjoy and find beneficial. As discussed at the District Leadership Roundup there will be a very important Constitutional amendment that will be voted upon at the conference. This is also a convention year, so we are encouraging full participation in each of the district competitions in order for the District of Ohio to be well represented at the Regional Convention in Rosemont, IL.

Finally, brothers we were very encouraged by speakers at our District Roundup. Brother Judge Fanon Rucker gave us a charge to go and participate in the voting process. So I am asking that each chapter in our District participate in our national program, ”A Voteless People is Hopeless People” and get folks registered for this very important Presidential campaign! Cincinnati Police Chief Isaac expressed how we should handle ourselves if stopped by the police. Both speakers were profound and I know this will inspire us to get involved to making a difference.
I am personally looking forward to my first District Conference and if it is any indication of our District Roundup was, it will be exceptional! To the dynamic Brothers of the GREAT DISTRICT OF O-H-I-O, SEE YOU IN Cincinnati!
