Alpha is a 14-week practical introduction to the Christian faith for those who have questions. All are welcome to attend. This class will be offered online via Zoom each week on Tuesdays from 6:45-8:00pm, starting January 12th.

About this Event

Each weekly meeting is divided into two sections, the Talk and the Discussion.

The Talk

The talks are designed to be engaging and inspire conversation. There are fourteen interactive sessions exploring the Christian faith. No pressure, no follow up, no charge. Usually around 30 minutes long, the talks explore the big issues around faith and unpack the basics of Christianity, addressing questions like “Who is Jesus?”, “Why and how do I pray?” and “How does God guide us?”

The Discussion

Probably the most important part of any Alpha: the chance to share thoughts and ideas about the talk without being corrected or judged. There’s no obligation to say anything; it’s an opportunity to hear from others and contribute your own perspective. Debate and explore. Be honest, be friendly, listen well.
