Frequently asked questions
That's very normal, most people are afraid of improv. In this beginner's friendly workshop, we'll focus mostly on playing improv-y games rather than doing scene work on stage.
Most people who do improv, whether they're seasoned improvisers or new to the art form, are often anxious and shy people! Improv is NOT about "being the funniest person" and MUCH more about learning how to listen to your body, your fellow improvisers, and making choices that feel good for YOU.
Then that means there's that much more success to gain! My coaching mantra is, "Success is in our MESS". The volume of your inner critic directly correlates to how much there is to learn from your inner critic. Your inner critic is actually a teacher in disguise ;)
