Ally Beautification Project: Virtual Community Meeting!

The Alley Beautification Project, led by Mint Project , is working with youth, the community, and a growing list of partners to transform an underdeveloped alleyway surrounding DC Doors’ Youth Center.

Help us turn this alley into an extension of the vibrant, multicultural, multi-ability, and safe space that the center represents!

What: Monthly Community Meetings that bring together amazing volunteers, youth, and partners to share ideas and give feedback on the Alley Beautification Project every step of the way!

When: One Saturday per month (Please see dates for this reoccurring meeting)

• Meeting 1: Saturday, 12/19/2020 @1:30PM (Topic: Stakeholders and Partners)
• Meeting 2. Saturday 1/23/2021 @1:30PM (Topic: $1 million, If anything were possible?)
• Meeting 3: Saturday 3/13/2021 @1:30PM (Topic: Co-create a summer youth Workshop)
• Meeting 4: Each Thursday until 7/22/2021 @7:00PM (Topic: Time for Lift Off! Open QnA: Learn our Beautification Process and how to Become a Mentor)

Who: We are looking for community leaders, change-makers, artists, students and everyone in-between to lend a hand towards this amazing project and youth center!
