Join us as a FOOD vendor for Alley Art Festival in historic downtown Vista for a FREE TO THE PUBLIC curated community art experience inviting audiences of all ages and demographics to participate in an inclusive art festival; diverse in opportunities to showcase artworks and connect through creativity.

Exhibitor Responsibility: Food Exhibitors will need the following items

Insurance | Seller's Permit | Health Permit | Fire Extinguisher | Food Booth/Truck

  1. All food items must be stored inside the allotted space, covered and off the ground as mandated by the San Diego Health Department.
  2. Running water for cooking is not provided. You must bring your own water for cooking and hand washing. San Diego Health Department requires that you provide appropriate cleaning materials as well as a hand-washing setup.
  3. All Food Exhibitors using heat and/or open flames must: a) provide fireproof containers for discarding ashes, and b) one visibly mounted fire extinguisher rated 2A10BC. In addition, if you are deep frying food, you must also provide an extinguisher rated 2AK (class K). Please don’t forget to check the expiration date on your fire extinguisher!
  4. Containers of butane or fuel must be affixed to post or other secure item.
  5. It is the Food Exhibitors responsibility to make sure that all workers are familiar with these Terms and Conditions.
  6. Standard festival trash containers MAY NOT BE UTILIZED for food waste.
  7. Food Exhibitors must post prices in a legible manner and in a visible space inside the booth only.

What's the refund policy?

24hrs before the day of the event for a refund.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, please. This will help us keep track of vendors as they arrive for the day.

Rules

  1. Please have a clean and presentable booth appearance. This is a family friendly event. We reserve the right to ask vendors to leave at any time during the event without right to refund.

  2. No alcohol will be allowed at the event.

  3. No weapons, drug paraphenelia, pornographic material, or any other item deemed distasteful will be allowed for sale or as samples at the event.

  4. The sale of tobacco or drug paraphenalia is not permitted at this event.

  5. Professional conduct is required at all times. If you are found violating this, you will be asked to leave and will never be allowed to return.
