Description

The 2017 Allendale Artisan & Craft Fair is an annual holiday event sponsored by the Class of 2018 Parent Committee. We host a large variety of crafters and vendors to sell their goods in this annual community wide event. It will take place at the Allendale High School Gymnasium. We are anticipating this event to be the largest yet and encourage your attendance. A tax deductible donation of a $10-15 item will be required by each vendor/crafter for the prize raffle and should be turned in at time of check-in on morning of event. You register for a booth by clicking on the "TICKET" button. 1 Ticket = 1 Booth

FAQs

1. Do I bring my own tables and chairs?

Yes, due to other events happening that day, there will not be additional tables and chairs available on hand.

2. What time is set up?

Set up begins on Saturday, Dec. 2nd from 6:30 - 8:30 am. There will be NO setups prior to 6:30 am and nothing else able to carry in after 8:30 am. Once in your location, you can continue setting up your display until it starts at 9 am. More set up details will be emailed to you as we are closer to the event date.

3. Will there be carts and volunteers available to help unload and load my car?

We will do our best to help assist in any way we can for set up and take down.

4. Do I have to stay for the whole time?

Yes, NO EARLY TAKE DOWN will be permitted before 3 pm. Anyone that does not observe this will not be allowed to come back.

5. Can a specify a particular location in the gym?

You can request, but your location will be at our discretion.

6. What is the booth size and can I have access to electric?

The booth sizes are approx. 10 x 8 ft. There are just a limited number that will have electric nearby and an extension cord will be required.

7. Is there a Vendor/Crafter donation required? Is it tax deductible?

Yes, every vendor will provide a donated item (value $10-$15) for our special door prize raffle. It is a tax deductible donation and you can request a donation slip and turn in donation at the check-in desk upon arrival.

8. Will there be food available for the vendors/crafters?

Yes, we will have a basic concession area during the event along with a special lunch package and volunteers will come around to take orders and deliver lunch to your sale area.

9. Will I be able to know if someone is already signed up and representing a certain business brand?

We cannot guarantee that a certain business is not duplicated. If you are concerned about that, please list the business brand in your registration information. We can try to verify for you as best we can but some people just register their name and we cannot always know. If we find duplication, then we will make every attempt to have you in different areas of the gym.

10. What is your refund policy?

No refunds will be given after September 1, 2017
