WHY ATTEND?
Connections: For the third year, NYEC and NLC are partnering to bring together together practitioners and leaders from across the country to share ideas and insights. In a virtual space, we offer networking and other fun opportunities for connection, such as virtual coffee hours and interactive sessions.
Programming: Each day will offer breakout sessions with the same tone you know from other NYEC convenings, emphasizing dialogue, peer learning, and problem solving. Sessions will still by dynamic and engaging and we have streamlined the convening schedule to allow participants throughout the country to participate.
Underserved Populations: Sessions will focus on how communities can best respond and recover from COVID-19, gang-involved youth, youth with disabilities and undocumented youth among others. Do you have thoughts an what our post-COVID economy and workforce looks like? Then register today!
Whova Virtual Platform: Attendees will be able to download the secure and free app after they register for the conference. Whova has push notifications to allow attendees to be reminded of sessions and keep up-to-date with the Forum. There will be ample networking opportunites with the ability to digitally exchange business cards. Finally, engagment will be done via interacting with session presenters, live-polling and gamifciation.
