The last All Things Vintage Car Boot Sale as we know it is on 6th Nov at Maida Vale reserve in Maida Vale.
With 80+ genuine Vintage stalls, with it's friendly vibe this is the place to browse and fossick for treasure. Our fourth and last one, then off to a new venue in 2017.

There is a childrens playground, fairy ring, buskers and Jazz plays from 11-12pm. Food and drinks vans are on-site to keep everyone going. Plus Vintage FB + EK Holdens on display and Vintage photographer taking souvenir snaps.

**Buyers/browsers** please drive in the gates and entry is a gold coin donation to People Who Care, our nominated charity this year.
Stalls 3 x 3m $45 + booking fee
Double stall 3 x 6m $70 + booking fee
Food van $80 (please arrange permits direct with Shire of Kalamunda) + booking fee
Plus a number of FOC stalls are offered to community groups/NFP - these have already been taken.
We have approx 1500-2000 visitors come along and lots of happy stallholders. I receive very good feedback throughout the year from both buyers and sellers which is very encouraging and look forward to seeing you there for this one.
2017 we will be at a new event, not too far away.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Stallholders drive in with their load and access for stallholders is ONLY via Gooseberry Hill Rd, turn onto Acacia Rd and follow driveway past the tennis club to the back gate check-in) in Maida Vale.
1 x car can be parked at the back of 3m x 3m bay on the grass. Additional stallholder carparking is near the clubrooms and back gate. If you have a double then space for a 4wd/ute with a trailer can be parked along the back of the stall.
Patron parking ONLY is at the front entrance off Ridgehill Rd and carpark on corner of Ridgehill and Midland Rds. **Stallholders Do Not park here as you need to drive in, check-in and set-up from the back access via Acacia Way onto the grass oval. The only way to drive onto this oval is via Acacia Rd, Gooseberry Hill.
**Please note: there is no stallholder access onto the grass from the main driveway on Ridgehill Rd**
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Please bring your own tables and gazebo/shade cover to be secured well (with water/sand or metal weights). You can display items on the ground or at eye level on tables. Beware of any tripping hazards.
Stall equipment is not available for hire from event organiser. Please contact hire companies such as Reece Hire for Oztrail gazebos etc. Bunnings has a range for sale or else can try gumtree or similar. A beach/shade umbrella may also suit you. Either way please keep your items and patrons safe.
**All shade covers must be erected in accordance with the manufacturers structural guidelines. Stallholders will receive a form at the back gate ont the day for them to complete and sign verifying that they erected the structure properly. This shows the Shire we have a safe event. Forms are to be returned to Adele throughout the day or when leaving.
No dogs/animals at this event at all.
No smoking and drinking of alcohol allowed.
No selling of food or drink unless you have a registered food site and have Shire temporary food permit as per Adele.
No burning candles or flames please
No public promotion of other fairs/market events on the day unless authorised by Adele :)
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes stallholders can pass their booking onto someone else if they cannot attend. **Please notify Adele of any changes so she can update her records and please make sure any insurance is changed over.
Please note stallholder tickets are pre-paid and there will be no refunds if you unable to attend on the day for any reason or because of inclement weather.
Event organiser has the right to cancel the event and issue refunds accordingly less ticketing fee. The weather report will be checked and stallholders will be notified of a cancellation at the earliest possible time based on safe and workable conditions.
***Detailed check-in information will be emailed to all stallholders approx 2-3 weeks prior to the event. In the meantime there will be updates on the FB page and some emails along the way.
Reminder: on the event day please drive to the back entry into the reserve via Gooseberry Hil Rd and Acacia Rd, Gooseberry Hill. Check-in at the back gate, gate opens approx 6.45am. Please follow instructions and witches hats when driving on to the oval to protect the people/grass/sports pitches.
