About this Event

Beginners will learn the basics of capoeira's movements, history, music, and culture. Everyone will get to train to improve you fitness, flexibility, and overall capoeira knowledge. Social distancing will be enforced and all government Covid related guidelines will be followed, so only 10 spots are available.
