After two sold out seminars in 2017, Eatsense is presenting another round of their much anticipated seminar on gut health- All Health Begins in the Gut.

Gut health is the cornerstone of your health, wellbeing and immunity with a healthy digestive system generally leading to a healthy person. More and more research is showing the important role our gut health plays in maintaining many bodily function. Some of the most common health issues we deal with today can be directly linked to poor digestive health and our food choices.

Join one of the Central Coast’s leading nutritionists, Nicole Saliba, for an interactive seminar on how to optimise the health of your gut.

The gut contains approximately 70% of the body’s immune system with poor gut health being linked to gastrointestinal issues such as bloating, discomfort, irregularity and irritable bowel syndrome. An unhealthy digestive system has also been linked to diseases like diabetes, depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, eczema and autoimmune disorders.

Nicole will be presenting an interactive 60 minute seminar on gut health and covering what role gut health plays in our overall wellbeing, what foods help and hinder healthy gut function and touching on fibre, probiotics, prebiotics and fermented foods.
