This Cuddle is just for the ladies(and those identifying as female)! As with any Cuddle event - no touch is required at any time. You may just want to come see the workshop format, meet new friends and talk - all is welcome! You may be very surprised that there is WAY more to a cuddle than touch. We will explore boundaries and finding your "no" - so you can be a "hell yes" in other parts of your life. This work changed my world and I can't wait to share it with you!

I will lead you through some communication and consent/boundary exercises so you will see how to set a safe space as a group and for yourself. It's empowering and allows you to enjoy the cuddle that much more.

Here is the format for the Cuddle:

Doors open at 9:30 am - check in begins. Official Cuddle time is 10:00 am and doors close at at 10:00 sharp. Please be early or on time. You will not be admitted if late and we have begun the opening circle.

You may come in your fresh PJ's, Cuddle clothes, Yoga comfy's - whatever is cozy - or change when there. Minimum tank top, most wear t-shirts(shorts are discouraged, as are boxers).

Please bring a snack for sharing if you wish. I have lots of pillows and cuddle mats at the venue(short on fuzzy blankets if you want to bring one of those).

Welcome Circle begins at 10:00 am for about an hr. We then transition into practice groups - a solo space is always available if you need a break or just wish to hang out in solitude.

11:00 ish - 12:45 pm is free cuddling - since this will be the first event for some of you, a free form discussion about our experiences with touch in our lives etc. is welcome.

12:45 - Closing Circle and goodbyes.

An email will sent to you with entering the building details 24 hours prior to event (with address) and any other information you may need before you arrive.

ABSOLUTELY no alcohol, drugs or anything that can impair your judgement for consent. That helps keep everyone safe.

We will all have name tags for this first event so we can get to know each other better. You may use a fake name or a nick name if you wish - this is about YOUR comfort and feeling safe.

You are encouraged to bring a friend if that makes you more comfortable and I have listed a "Bring a Friend" price for all events. $30 per person or 2 persons/$50. (early bird special is listed below)

All Payments are through Eventbrite and you must be paid in full ahead to attend. No one unpaid or not on the list ahead of time will be admitted.

If you need to cancel then I can transfer your pymt to the next Cuddle Event of your choice. YOU MUST LET ME KNOW AHEAD OF TIME. If you no show there will be no credit given. You are always welcome to leave after the opening to receive a full refund if the cuddle event is not for you.
