ARTISAN ALLEY [6'x6' Freestanding]
The artisan alley in the foyer outside of the Crystal Ballroom is configured for a 6'x6' space in which artist and artisan (non-commercial) goods and services may be sold. The space includes a standard 30" wide by 6' table, two chairs, two Exhibitor-Access badges, and approximately 3-1/2 feet of space behind the table. There is no rear wall or pipe-and-drape for these free-standing booth areas. Although the foyer is restricted access after Vendor Room hours, it should not be considered the same as being in a secured environment.

The artisan alley in the foyer outside of the Crystal Ballroom is configured for a 8'x6' space in which artist and artisan (non-commercial) goods and services may be sold. The space includes two standard 30" wide by 6' tables in an "L" configuration, two chairs, two Exhibitor-Access badges, and approximately 3-1/2 feet of space behind the table. There is no rear wall or pipe-and-drape for these free-standing booth areas. Although the foyer is restricted access after Vendor Room hours, it should not be considered the same as being in a secured environment.

The small press areas are in the halls outside of the Lalique Ballroom and the Hamilton (Event Registration). Each is configured for a 6'x6' space in which author or small press may be sell and promote their works and titles. The space includes a standard 30" wide by 6' table, two chairs, two Small Press-Access badges, and approximately 3-1/2 feet of space behind the table. There is no rear wall or pipe-and-drape for these free-standing booth areas. Access to these hall at any hour is unrestricted and it should not be considered a secured environment when the tables are unattended.

FAN / NON-PROFIT TABLE [Bel-Air Foyer]
The fan table areas are in the halls outside of the Bel-Air Ballroom. The space includes a standard 30" wide by 6' table, two chairs and two All-Access badges. There is no rear wall or pipe-and-drape provided. Access to this hall at any hour is unrestricted and it should not be considered a secured environment when the tables are unattended. Fan and Non-Profit tables may not sell merchandise of any sort. Their purpose is for promotions and awareness. If material sales are required, a booth in the Artisan area or Vendor Room should be considered instead.

Event Details

 

ALL-CON has been a community produced fandom convention with foundations built upon Science Fiction, Cosplay, Gaming, Film, and Performance Arts communities in the Dallas, Texas metroplex since 2005. ALL-CON features over 400 individual events during the 4-day convention along with a Wednesday night pajama party in the main ballroom the night before the convention begins. ALL-CON takes place during the Dallas Independent School District (DISD) Spring Break

 

ALL-CON 2018 (March15-18) is the convention's fourteenth consecutive year of operation. Along with over 400 scheduled events (discussion panels, performances, workshops, game shows, tournaments and competitions, crafts, etc.), we feature industry and celebrity guests. Since ALL-CON is established as having a hotel venue annually, many attendees traditionally remain on-site for the duration of the convention.

 

The price for a four-day attendance badge, which includes admission for every activity for all four days, starts at $45.00 at the earliest discount and costs only $69.95 at-the-door. Thursday we have an exclusive opening day special where anyone from the general public may attend the convention for FREE (must register on-site for free Thursday Only badge). ALL-CON is inexpensive to attend as well as robustly full-featured. Our outstanding relationship with the hotel allows the property to offer room rates at significant savings from the published public room rates.


For 2018 we feature one hundred 10'x10' / 20'x10' vendor booths in the Crystal Ballroom; thirty-eight 6'x6' / 8'x6' Artisan tables on the Crystal Foyer; twenty author and small press tables in the Lalique and Hamilton foyers; and a variety of configured fandom tables for local clubs and groups in the Bel-Air hall.

 

VENDOR ROOM HOURS: Thursday 3pm-7pm; Friday: 11am-7pm; Saturday 11am-7pm; Sunday 11am-4pm.

 

CONVENTION HOURS: Thursday 10am-2am; Friday 9am-2am; Saturday 9am-2am; Sunday 10am-4pm

 

VENDOR LOAD IN: Thursday 9am-3pm; Friday 9:30a.m.-11:00a.m.; Saturday 9:30am-11:00am; Sunday 9:30am-11:00am

 

Vendors may check-in in the Crystal Ballroom during load in times.

 

With Apologies:

Due to our contract with the hotel, we cannot allow the sale or distribution of food or drinks. Any entity setting up at the convention and attempting to sell any kind of food or drink not pre-approved in writing will be required to cease immediately and may forfeit all rights to occupy their table/booth for the duration of the event. We also do not allow the sale or demonstration of intimate pleasure goods at any booth or table. Edged weapons (knives, swords) and projectile goods (airsoft) along with actual weapons may not be sold during our event.
