In the process of looking at all things Metro-WinRT we missed talking about the new controls in XAML that are available. If you have encountered the new templates and wondered., "what the heck is a GridView or what the heck is a ListView?" You are not alone. Neurelnet's Alex Perez is going to come and show us the new controls and talk about them. It is not to be missed.
Also, Paul Beaton will be showing us how to use SQLite with Windows 8 (the only offline DB available currently for Win8). And, Kevin Wolf will be beinging his special brand of device insanity (Kevin is showing off his Netduino Quad Copter being controlled by Win8)!
