Renowned Medieval ensemble ALKEMIE reimagines the ancient and mystical work of Germany's 12th-century luminary, Hildegard von Bingen. Live from Brooklyn, the group presents arrangements and improvisations of Hildegard's chants by blending 14th-16th century instruments with electronics, synthesizers, percussion, and voices to create an entrancing and exhilarating sound-world.
